Local data, local stack
Audio, photos, transcripts, notes, vectors, the DB: nothing leaves your machine without your explicit say-so. The processing stack is open and auditable. WhisperX for transcription, pyannote for diarization, SpeechBrain for speaker recognition, LM Studio for local LLM, Obsidian for notes. You can read the source of every tool that touches your data.
Scale sensitivity, not abstraction
Classical infrastructure scales by stripping context: universal calendars, standard protocols, lowest common denominator. Indrajala scales the other way. Cheap intelligence keeps meaning's actual contour rather than reducing it to a summary. Every interaction stays integrated with what it's specifically for.
